Mohamed Badaoui Najjar, PhD, serves as Senior Director of R&D Strategy & Portfolio Management for International Sectors Food & Beverage at PepsiCo, a position held since October 2010. In this capacity, Mohamed aligns R&D resources with strategic growth priorities, drives innovation across international markets, and collaborates with stakeholders to advance R&D agendas.
