Monica Alba

Monica Alba is an experienced professional currently serving as the Perfect Store LATAM Sr. Manager at PepsiCo since April 2020, after holding multiple roles within the company including Perfect Store LATAM Manager and Category Manager Proximity. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Monica worked at Mars from March 2015 to April 2020 in various positions, including Category Management Coordinator and Key Account Executive. Monica began her career with roles at British American Tobacco as a Camel Brand Intern and at Promexico as an intern. Educational qualifications include two Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and in a general MBA from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a Babson Build Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additional educational experiences were gained through international studies at The University of Texas at Dallas and Excelia.
