Ragini Maheshwari

Ragini Maheshwari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data operations, analytics, and financial management. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Data Operations at PepsiCo since November 2023, Ragini has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Uni Charity NGO since July 2021, contributing to support families in need of medical care. Prior to these roles, Ragini worked as Data Visualization Principal and Lead Data Warehouse Architect at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, overseeing significant data migration and transformation projects. With a background that includes leadership positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company and Perrigo, Ragini has developed expertise in SAP business intelligence and data management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Punjab Technical University.
