Rob Gerencser has extensive experience in finance, primarily within the beverage industry. From 2000 to September 2023, Rob served as Director of Finance for Pepsi's South Division, overseeing strategy development, planning, and performance for a $4 billion net revenue business. Rob's key contributions included partnership with retail teams for revenue growth and margin expansion, as well as project management within the supply chain. Following this role, Rob became Sr. Director of Finance at PepsiCo in August 2023, leading the retail sales finance team to enhance strategic and financial leadership. Prior to these roles, Rob held positions in Hilton and Darden Restaurants, and possesses a BS in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
