Shilpa Bhan

Shilpa Bhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and artificial intelligence product management, particularly in supply chain and digital procurement. Since joining PepsiCo in October 2013, Shilpa has held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Director for Data & AI Product Management and IT Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management, along with responsibilities as Sector Engagement Lead. Prior to PepsiCo, Shilpa worked at Amdocs, where as Director of Testing Services, leadership was provided to a team of over 200, ensuring timely deliverables across global projects. Shilpa's earlier career includes significant roles at Lehman Brothers, Syntel, Adobe Systems, HCL Technologies, and Techsar Technologies, focusing on quality assurance and testing operations. Shilpa holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnatak University.
