Simon Walton Msc

Simon Walton MSc is a seasoned operations and engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and Head of Engineering at PepsiCo since September 2018, Simon has led engineering and maintenance functions at Victrex from 2013 onwards, holding roles such as Plant Manager and Engineering Continuous Improvement Manager. Previously, Simon worked at Celanese Acetate as Site Plant Engineer, overseeing maintenance and engineering for various manufacturing streams, and at Denby Pottery Company Ltd as Head of Engineering, managing comprehensive engineering and maintenance functions. With a background that includes roles at Greene, Tweed & Co as Technical Sales Engineer and Acordis as Project Engineer, Simon has a proven track record in capital investment project management and driving safety standards. Academically, Simon holds an MSc in Engineering and Maintenance from The University of Manchester and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Derby University.
