Suelma Rosa dos Santos

Suelma Rosa serves as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Latin America at PepsiCo since May 2024 and is a key member of the LATAM Executive Committee and Global Corporate Affairs Leadership Team. With extensive experience in reputation management and sustainability, Suelma previously held leadership roles at Unilever, where responsibilities included managing reputational risks and implementing social impact initiatives. Suelma is actively involved with several organizations, including the Ipsos Reputation Council and the Board of Directors for the UN Global Compact in Brazil, and co-founded the Mulheres RelGov network to support women in government relations. Suelma holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
