Zahra Shaikh is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in human resource management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition CoE & Leadership Hiring for PepsiCo across Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia, Zahra has held various significant roles within the organization, including Global TA Centre of Excellence Lead and Transformation & Change Management Project Lead. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Zahra worked at HSBC as the Regional Resourcing Manager for Corporate Banking in the MENA region and held recruitment positions at DIGBY MORGAN CONSULTING LIMITED and EmmayHR. Zahra's educational credentials include a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management & Comparative Industrial Relations from Alliance Manchester Business School, an Associate CIPD Member qualification from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a BBA in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
