Ziad Allam

Ziad Allam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations and service management. Currently serving as the IT Operations and Delivery Lead at PepsiCo since February 2025, Ziad oversees the global operations model for IT support, ensuring compliance and best practices. Prior to this role, Ziad was the IT Service Management Team Leader at OneHealth, managing a team focused on cloud computing services. Ziad's previous experience includes significant positions at Dell Technologies, where Ziad achieved high customer satisfaction and developed solutions for technical issues, as well as technical support roles at Advanced Computer Technology and internships at notable organizations such as Orange Business Services and EGYPTAIR.
