Additionally, Donoghue holds the positions of Chairperson and Board Member for the Short Term Accommodation Association, advocating for property managers and influencing UK policy. As a Founding Member of PEPTalks, Donoghue supports peer learning for private equity-backed CEOs. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at Brightside Insurance and various leadership positions at MoneySuperMarket.com, Travelsupermarket.com, TUI, and Going Places.
