Currently serving as CEO of Times Higher Education from March 2020 to March 2025 and as an honorary member at PepTalks since May 2021, Paul has also held key positions including Chairman and CEO at Law Business Research until May 2024, and Non Executive Director at Inspera from April 2022 to March 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Kaplan International, Managing Director at Infinitas Learning, and Managing Director/SVP EMEA at Pearson VUE. Paul’s early career featured positions at Pearson plc and the Financial Times. Academic credentials include an MBA from London Business School and an MA in Natural Science (Biological Sciences) from the University of Oxford.
