Luis Alfredo Alvarado Blanco

Luis Alfredo Alvarado Blanco is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on project management and electrical systems within the petrochemical industry. Since September 2007, Luis has held various roles at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A., including Chief Project Engineer, where responsibilities include managing major capital investment projects, and Industrial Services Manager, overseeing the effective management of critical water and energy supply systems. Previous positions at ArcelorMittal and Hilados Flexilon S.A. involved significant contributions to electrical project engineering and maintenance management.
