Ricardo Baricelli

Ricardo Baricelli is a seasoned professional in labor relations and human resources with extensive experience in managing personnel processes and payroll systems. Currently serving as Asesor Integral de Relaciones Laborales at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since July 2018, Ricardo oversees various employee exits and mediates labor claims in accordance with legal and internal regulations. Prior roles include Analyst positions at both Sofos and PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, data management in SAP, and the selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Ricardo holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad de Carabobo, earned between 2001 and 2007.
