Gregers Pedersen

Gregers Pedersen has a diverse work experience in various companies. Gregers started their career as a Consultant at Carsten Mørch Kurser A/S in September 1996 and worked there until October 1998. Gregers then joined BoConcept A/S as an HR Manager in October 1998 and worked there until August 2002.

In 2003, Gregers joined Stibo as an HR Manager, where they worked until 2005. At Stibo, they gained experience in HR management. Gregers then joined YIT A/S in September 2005 as the Head of HR. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, training, talent management, and employee survey.

In 2014, Gregers worked at Siemens Wind Power as the Head of Training from January to September. Later in 2014, they joined Per Aarsleff A/S, where they held various HR roles. Gregers initially started as the Head of HR and then became the Head of Group HR in July 2019.

Throughout their career, Gregers has gained extensive experience in HR management, including strategic planning, budgeting, employee development, recruitment, and HR policy implementation. Gregers has also been involved in various HR initiatives and has experience in handling legal matters and managing support units.

Gregers Pedersen completed their education from 1986 to 1991 at Aarhus University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
