Oji Okolie

Oji executes assignments within Financial Services across the Insurance, Consumer Financial Services & Banking and Real Estate practices. In addition to this, Oji is responsible for the firm’s execution performance, which includes leadership of the Research team.

Oji joined Per-Ardua in November 2020. She previously worked for Sousou Partners, a real assets executive search firm, where she was a Partner with a focus on client relationship management and leading the business’s execution process in London. Oji worked globally, across a range of industries, including private equity, investment banking, investment management and development. She started her career in executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates as a member of the Not-for-profit sector. She holds an MSc in Comparative Politics from London School of Economics and a BA in Ancient History from the University of Exeter.
