Chris Bichsel

Chris Bichsel, CISSP, is a highly experienced IT professional specializing in cloud security and DevSecOps. Currently serving as a Cloud DevSecOps Technical Specialist and Site Reliability Engineer at Peraton since April 2021, Chris utilizes AWS and various DevOps tools to enhance CI/CD pipelines, while developing new security compliance standards. Prior roles included providing cloud computing consultancy to various sectors, enhancing cybersecurity architecture, and serving as a Cyberspace Analyst at Perspecta. With a solid foundation in digital network intelligence and cybersecurity from previous positions at Huntington Ingalls Industries and the National Security Agency/U.S. Army, Chris holds both a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Technologies and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks and Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
