Cindy Cowne

Cindy Cowne has extensive experience in subcontract administration and finance, currently serving as a Subcontracts Administrator at Peraton since May 2022. Prior roles include Subcontracts & Finance Administrator at Intelligence Consulting Enterprise Solutions, Inc. from December 2016 to April 2022, and Customer Service/Logistics at Quick International Courier from December 2011 to December 2016. Cindy also possesses a strong background in education, having worked as a Special Education Teacher for Loudoun County Public Schools and Fairfax County Public Schools between 1986 and 2011. Additionally, Cindy was the Head Marathon Coach at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society from 1999 to 2013, focusing on training individuals while supporting fundraising efforts for blood cancer research. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Early Childhood from Radford University.
