Dean Herman

Dean Herman currently serves as a Cyber Systems Engineer Senior Technical Specialist at Peraton and holds the position of Branch Chief at the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, overseeing IT Compute and Directory Services. Previously, Dean was the Director for the USSOCOM Care Coalition West Region, providing medical support to SOCOM operators, and served as the CIO for the 1st Special Forces Command (Airborne). Additional roles included Operations Officer and Senior Communications Planner at US Army South, Assignment Officer at the US Army Human Resources Command, and various positions within the US Army, including Deputy G6 for the 1st Cavalry Division. Dean holds a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of North Georgia and an AGS in General Studies from Cochise College, along with completing the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
