Gail Murray

Gail Murray, CISSP, currently serves as the President of ISC2 Annapolis Junction Chapter and as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer at Peraton. With extensive experience in cybersecurity, Murray previously held positions such as Cyber Security Manager at Applied Insight LLC, where responsibilities included acting as the government customer escalation point for cybersecurity matters and leading a directorate improvement initiative. Additional roles include Principal Cyber Security Application Engineer at Raytheon, where application security was enhanced within the Software Development Life Cycle, and Information System Security Engineer positions at Northrop Grumman and ALKU Government Solutions, focusing on governance, oversight, and monitoring of operational security postures. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a BS in Criminal Justice from American InterContinental University.
