Lara D. is a seasoned professional in knowledge management and business intelligence with extensive experience in various leadership roles across government and private sectors. Currently serving as the BI & Knowledge Management Program Manager at Peraton since March 2025, Lara previously held positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Peraton, Alion Science and Technology, and Mindseeker, Inc., among others. Areas of expertise include process engineering, change management, and data visualization, with notable achievements such as the introduction of Power BI for enhanced situational awareness and the design of an agency Expertise Locator.
