Lisa Block

Lisa Block is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Principal Project Manager at Peraton since March 2021, Lisa also manages projects related to behavioral research at Intellectual Concepts, LLC since August 2015. Prior roles include Research Health Scientist at TEKsystems/Northrop Grumman and Associate Broker at Keller Williams Realty, where real estate and art passions converge. Previous leadership positions in talent management were held at major firms such as State Street and Nationwide Insurance. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Frostburg State University.
