Marcel Davis

Marcel Davis is an experienced IT Project Manager currently serving at Peraton, supporting the Department of State's Vanguard 2.2 since March 2021. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Northrop Grumman and Deputy Operations Manager at DMI, where Marcel led a team overseeing operations for over 27,000 desktops. Marcel's extensive background at the U.S. Department of State features positions such as Senior Coordinator for International Support in the Office of External Affairs, Regional Information Management Officer for East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and Information Management Officer in Madrid, Spain, responsible for various information resource management operations.
