Marty Swafford

Marty Swafford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the NASA-White Sands Complex SW Engineering Manager at Peraton since September 2019, Swafford previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at RGI Informatics, LLC, where a successful career trajectory progressed from QA Analyst to director, implementing life cycle documentation to enhance product quality. Swafford has also worked with IBM as a Senior Product Manager and Curriculum Architect, where expertise contributed to delivering global training to over 5,000 users, and as Chief Information Architect at Compuware, where innovation in patented technology led to significant client enhancements. Swafford holds a Master of Arts in Management and Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Sciences and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
