Ted Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Strategic Planner at Peraton since January 2020, Ted also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. Prior roles include Analytic Director at CENTRA Technology, Inc. and Senior Political Scientist at the RAND Corporation. Ted has a significant background in government service, having worked as a Senior Manager for the US Government from 1994 to 2017. Early career experiences include teaching history at Longmeadow Public Schools and English language instruction with the Yale-China Association. Ted holds a PhD in International Relations and National Security Studies from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University and certification in American History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
