Maripat Alpuche

Maripat Alpuche has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Maripat currently serves as the Managing Director, Strategy and Special Projects, and Founding Member at Percapita since February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Legal Officer and Founding Member from March 2020 until February 2023.

Before joining Percapita, Maripat had an extensive career at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Maripat served as a Partner from an unknown start date in 2002 until December 2019, and later transitioned to the role of Retired Partner/Of Counsel in January 2020.

Maripat also had prior experience at Chase Manhattan Corporation, where they worked as a Vice President between 1997 and 2000. Maripat began their legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 1990, where they remained until 1997.

Following their undergraduate studies, Maripat continued their academic journey at Columbia Law School from 1987 to 1990. There, they earned a Juris Doctor degree and specialized in the field of Law.
