Marco della Croce

Marco Della Croce currently serves as General Counsel at PERCASSI since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of Group General Counsel at BOOST SpA from May 2020 to July 2022, overseeing legal matters for a multinational group in the printing industry. Marco's experience includes an extensive background in M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate law, contract law, and restructuring while working as an Avvocato at Grimaldi Studio Legale from February 2014 to May 2020. Earlier legal training was completed as a Praticante Avvocato at Studio Legale Brochiero Magrone - Galdi from October 2011 to February 2014. Marco holds a Master's degree in Business and Company Law from Luiss Guido Carli University and a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
