Jolyon Hogarth-Scott

Jolyon Hogarth-Scott is an experienced Senior Agile and Programme Manager at Percent since December 2019, also serving as Senior Product Lead. With a longstanding role as a National Observer at IAM RoadSmart, Jolyon supports associates in achieving their Advanced Rider Course. Previously, Jolyon held the position of Lead Product Owner at Tide, managing the Member Engagement Product backlog during significant growth. As Head of Client Solutions at Monterosa, Jolyon oversaw a team delivering successful Fan Companion Apps, while also managing digital teams at Blueprint Partners and big:group. Jolyon began a career as a Web Developer at Blueberry.NET and worked as a Producer at Dorling Kindersley. Educational background includes a BSc in Biology from Queen Mary University of London and a diploma in Popular Music Performance from TVU/Basstech.
