Betty Scott

Betty Scott has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Percepta since March 2019, following roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to joining Percepta, Betty held multiple positions at the Children's Home Society of Florida from October 2001 to July 2018, including Talent Operations Supervisor and Human Resources Associate, where responsibilities included recruitment, applicant screening, and new hire orientations. Betty's career started as a Human Resources Coordinator at MIMA from June 2000 to October 2001, focusing on HR administration and recruitment activities.
