Tenisha Lewis is an experienced professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Training & Instructional Design Supervisor at Percepta since April 2018. In this role, Tenisha evaluates service skills, conducts new hire training, develops training methodologies, and collaborates with management and quality assurance teams to enhance training strategies. Previously, Tenisha worked as an Onboarding Lead Trainer at Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection, onboarding over 500 agents, and held roles in guest service at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Carnival Cruise Lines. Tenisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Johnson & Wales University.
