Timothy Sanders

Timothy Sanders is a Senior Instructional Designer at Percepta, where since August 2017, collaboration with various business unit managers and stakeholders has focused on designing and enhancing training solutions, as well as leading and developing technical soft-skills training programs. Prior to this role, Timothy served as an Instructional Designer, creating and refining courses and curricula for automotive industry clients through extensive collaboration with subject matter experts. From 2012 to 2017, Timothy worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Support Services Training Specialist, where responsibilities included developing instructional materials and mentoring new hires. Timothy's educational background includes studies at St. John's University from 1982 to 1984.
