Yaniv Shilon

Yaniv Shilon has over 15 years of work experience. In 2005, they began their career as a Manpower Planning NCO with the Israeli Air Force. In 2009, they moved to Clal Insurance as a Data Analyst. In 2011, they became an Operations Manager at Hiltronics Ltd (Video Displays Solutions). In 2014, they joined Microsoft as a Trainer, Sales Operations Manager, and Operations Analyst. In 2019, they started their role as Business Operations Manager & People Analytics at Amdocs. Since 2017, they have also been working as a Career & Life Coach at Self. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Sales Operations Manager & Salesforce Admin at Perception Point.

Yaniv Shilon received a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Majoring in Business Management from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2010 and 2013. Yaniv then obtained certifications in Joining Data in SQL, Introduction to SQL, Statistics Foundations: The Basics, Excel: Analytics Tips, Excel: Working Together with Power Query and Power Pivot, Power Pivot for Beginners, The Complete SQL Bootcamp, and Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification between 2019 and 2021. In 2016-2018, they attended Reidman College for Holistic Coaching.
