Cristian Mesiano

Cristian Mesiano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. As the Founder of PerceptoLab since December 2016, Cristian focuses on developing scalable insurtech solutions leveraging advanced cloud-based infrastructure. Previously, Cristian served as a Senior Application Engineer at Swiss Re for eight years, leading the Scoring Team in developing innovative algorithms and earning multiple patents in automotive telematics. Cristian's career began at the Comune di Giussano as Deputy Chief of the Territorial Office, and academic contributions include collaboration on research related to statistical parameter identification in analog integrated circuits, resulting in a publication presented at the ICANN 2009 conference. Cristian holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in machine learning from Università degli Studi di Milano.
