Rodger Sykes

Rodger Sykes has had a long and successful career in the tech industry. Rodger began their career in 1999 as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at LogicVision in San Jose, California. In 2002, they moved to Bath, UK to become the President and CEO of picoChip Designs Ltd. In 2004, they became the President and CEO of SiConnect Ltd in Swindon, UK. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the President and CEO of MMIC Solutions Ltd in Ledbury, UK and MMIC Solutions Inc in Austin, Texas. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Director at Claverton Solutions Ltd in Bath, UK. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Director at Perceptual Robotics. From 2018 to 2020, they were the CEO and Chairman of Thalia Design Automation. Since 2020, they have been the Executive Chairman of Thalia Design Automation Ltd.

Rodger Sykes completed a mini MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1995. Rodger then went on to obtain a Ph.D in Device Physics from Durham University between 1977 and 1980. Before that, they obtained a B.Sc in Electronics & Applied Physics from Durham University between 1974 and 1977.
