Melanie Munsey started their work experience in 2007 as a Transportation Account Executive at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. Melanie then joined Ipsos Marketing US in 2008, where they held various roles including Project Director, Senior Project Director, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Director, and Vice President. During their time at Ipsos Marketing US, they built and managed client relationships, delivered growth, and provided custom innovation research expertise. In 2017, they joined Numerator as the Vice President - Customer Success Team Lead and later became the Vice President - Survey Practice Lead. In 2022, they joined Humu as the Vice President of Customer Success, leading a team and overseeing customer success management.
