Todd Hicks is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in software automation and quality assurance. Currently serving as Manager of Software Automation Engineering at Perceptyx since February 2024, Todd previously held roles at BetterCloud as Principal Test Engineer and OneStudyTeam as Senior Test Automation Engineer. Todd's notable experience at IBM, where tenure spanned from 2005 to 2022, included positions as Advisory Software Engineer and Quality Assurance Automation Consultant, leading initiatives to enhance automation frameworks and improve product quality. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Winona State University and an Associate’s Degree in Digital Arts from Rochester Community and Technical College.
