Yevgeniy Goyfman

Yevgeniy Goyfman currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Perceptyx since September 2024. Previously, Yevgeniy held the same title at UKG from February 2022 to September 2024, where leadership was pivotal during post-merger transformations across global technology teams. From June 2014 to February 2022, Yevgeniy was the Vice President of Engineering at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software, implementing growth-focused strategies that led to profitability and a successful sale to UKG. Prior to that role, Yevgeniy was the Chief Architect at Ascentis, addressing architectural challenges and enhancing product delivery. Earlier experiences include building an engineering department at Starfield Talent Management Solutions and various software development roles at companies such as Beeline and EDS Corporation. Yevgeniy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oakland University.
