Nicole Vergara has over 16 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Nicole began their career in 2006 as a General Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. In 2014, they moved to Philz Coffee where they served as a Store Leadership (Multi-Unit Manager). In 2016, they returned to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf as a General Manager. In 2017, they were hired by Blue Bottle Coffee as the Director, Learning and Development. Currently, Nicole is the Director of Talent at Altro.
Nicole Vergara has attended Pierce College, and has obtained a certification from LinkedIn entitled "Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers" in March 2021.
