Paulo Marchesan

Paulo Marchesan is an experienced leader in portfolio operations and management, currently serving as President of the Portfolio Support Group at Percheron Capital since April 2023. Prior to this role, Marchesan held positions at Butterfly Equity and Magnet Partners, where Marchesan was a co-founder and partner, working with Haagen-Dazs franchises in Florida and Arizona. A significant portion of Marchesan's career was spent at Burger King Corporation and Restaurant Brands International, where Marchesan advanced through various roles, including Head of North America Field Operations and Head of Global People and Management. Marchesan's consulting experience includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company, contributing as an Associate Principal and Senior External Advisor. Marchesan holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science in Construction Management and Economics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
