Ana Rausch, SR/WA, is an experienced professional in the field of right-of-way services, currently serving as Managing Partner and Senior Vice President at Percheron, LLC since October 2009. Under Ana's leadership, Percheron has established itself as a fully integrated land services provider, offering expertise in pipelines, electrical systems, and public projects nationwide. Previously, Ana was the President of Landmark Consulting Group, LLC, where responsibilities included right-of-way negotiation and acquisition, environmental support services, and feasibility studies. Ana also held positions such as Vice President of Real Estate at METRO-Harris County, overseeing real estate acquisition for light rail expansion, and Senior Vice President at Contract Land Staff, focusing on project management and quality control. Early career experience includes serving as Right of Way Manager at Right of Way Acquisition Services, Inc., managing telecommunications and public sector projects.
