Anina Hitt

Anina Hitt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anina started their career as a Pathology Intern at Palo Alto Veterans Hospital in 2013 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined CareerVillage.org as a Product Intern and held the role until 2017. During their time at Brown University in 2017, Anina was both an Industrial Partners Program Ambassador and a Digital Media Lab TA for the MCM 230 course. Anina then interned at Ethos as a Development Intern in 2018 and also took on the role of a Teacher Assistant for CSCI 60 at Brown University. In 2019, Anina interned at Splunk as a Backend Software Engineering Intern before transitioning to a full-time role as a Performance Engineer, which they held from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Anina is employed as a Backend SWE at percipient.ai since November 2021.

Anina Hitt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brown University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and received a diploma from Summit Rainier between 2012 and 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Anina acquired a certification in Building Apps With Splunk from Splunk in June 2019, along with certifications in Fundamentals Part 1 and Fundamentals Part 2 from the same institution in May 2019. Anina also earned certifications in The Data Scientist's Toolbox and Epigenetic Control of Gene Expression from Coursera, in October 2015 and September 2015 respectively.
