David Spencer-Percival

David Spencer-Percival is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Since January 2023, David has been the Founder of Percival, a Not For Profit recruiter dedicated to supporting UK registered charities by reinvesting all distributable profits in the form of grants. David holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Life Science People and serves as Executive Chairman at No.1 Botanicals, both starting in 2020. Prior to these roles, David founded No1 Rosemary Water and led as CEO from March 2017 until August 2020. From December 2009 to February 2020, David contributed as Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Spencer Ogden, a global recruiter for the energy, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
