Percival Aviation is a privately-owned organisation specialising in the design, production and certification of aircraft interiors and associated equipment. An EASA Part 21 Sub-Part J Design Organisation, the company has become one of the United Kingdom’s leading suppliers of aircraft interior components. Currently going through a major growth plan to expand overseas presence to support global clients, Percival Aviation are utilising innovative technology to bring high quality and cost-effective solutions to new and existing customers. The Design Department is at the heart of all product and certification programmes. Utilising the latest CAD software, all design work is carried out in house under the guidance of the Design Manager. Having the Design Organisation Approval enables Percival Aviation to provide complete design solutions for each customer requirement; enabling fully certified, approved products for direct installation on to the aircraft. Percival Aviation is also an EASA Part 21 Sub-Part G Production Organisation. The Production Department is split into core competencies including cut and sew, trim shop, metal fabrication area and composite workshop. The Production Department benefits from the integrated computer business system, linking the Design Department CAD to the CNC machine shop. Following on from the previously mentioned accreditations, Percival Aviation is also an EASA Part 145 Maintenance Organisation. The company supplies a comprehensive service in the repair, overhaul and servicing for aircraft interior parts and seating. This work is undertaken on both a planned and unscheduled maintenance basis.
