Jaime Sebastian Sicam

Jaime Sebastian Sicam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jaime Sebastian began their career as an Instructor at NIIT in 2001. In 2003, they joined the Department of Science and Technology Institute as a Senior Science Research Specialist. In 2006, Sicam became a System Administrator at Defender Technologies Group, LLC.

In 2007, Sicam transitioned to a role as a Consultant-Information Technology Trainer, where they worked until 2011. During this time, they also took on additional responsibilities as an Author and Technical Reviewer at Apress. Sicam co-wrote multiple books on Linux system administration and CentOS.

From 2011 to 2014, Sicam worked as a Support Engineer at Percona, resolving support issues related to MySQL and Percona Server. In 2014, they were promoted to Support Engineer and APAC Regional Manager before taking on the role of Senior Support Engineer in 2015.
