Nicole S. B. has extensive work experience in project management and customer support. Nicole S. is currently serving as a Project Manager in Professional Services at Percona. Prior to that, they worked at Pythian as a Senior Project Manager in Service Delivery, where they were responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring the delivery of quality services. Nicole S. also held the role of Project Manager 2, Service Delivery Manager at Pythian, where they demonstrated excellent project management and leadership skills. Before joining Pythian, Nicole worked at Change Healthcare as a Senior Manager in Customer Support and Services. Nicole S. started their career at ADP Dealer Services, where they held various positions including Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Support Consultant, and Implementation Account Executive.
