Joni Blalock

Joni Blalock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, community service, and corporate relations. Currently serving as the Sales Manager at Perdido Beach Resort since June 2018, Joni develops and implements strategic sales initiatives to boost revenue. Joni has held multiple elected positions on the Orange Beach City Council since October 2004, and currently serves on various boards and committees, including the Orange Beach Library Board and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo Board. Prior to these roles, Joni was the Director of Corporate Relations at Columbia Southern University, managing a large team and overseeing significant partnerships. Joni began a career in counseling and social work, with over twenty years of experience in crisis intervention and support services across several healthcare organizations. Joni holds both a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
