Penny Groux

Penny Groux has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and corporate affairs. Penny started their career in 1985 as the Executive Director Corporate Human Resources at Intergraph Corporation, where they worked until 2001. In 2001, they joined Perdido Beach Resort as the Director, Human Resources, and later transitioned to the role of Director Corporate Affairs. Penny also worked as a Consultant at PC Groux & Associates from 2001 to 2023. In 2005, they took on the role of Director, Human Resources at Assimilate, Inc. and remained in that position until 2023. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at MaxVision, LLC. Overall, Penny Groux has extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field and corporate affairs.

Penny Groux began their education at Decatur High School, where they studied from 1974 to 1978. After graduating from high school, they attended The University of Alabama in Huntsville from 1978 to 1982, majoring in Political Science. Penny furthered their education at Athens State University from 1982 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
