Alissa Moritz

Alissa Moritz, Ph.D. is currently the Poultry Technical Support Manager at Perdue AgriBusiness. Prior to this role, Alissa held positions such as Nutrition Intern at Tyson Foods and Graduate Research Assistant at Clemson University, where Alissa focused on the effects of tannin-free grain sorghum on poultry. Additionally, Alissa gained research experience at the University of Delaware and Penn Veterinary Swine Teaching and Research Center, focusing on poultry production data analysis and swine behavior studies. Alissa holds a Doctoral degree in Poultry Nutrition from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Biosciences from the University of Delaware.
