Stephen McFayden

Stephen McFayden is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott, LLP since June 2025. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas from May 2022 to July 2025, and served as Senior Vice President at Zenco Capital from September 2014 to July 2025. Additional experience includes working as an Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration from March 2020 to May 2022, and serving as Deputy County Judge Executive from January 2011 to January 2022. Earlier in Stephen's career, the role of Attorney was held at The McFayden Group from September 2006 to January 2022, and Stephen was a Senior Advisor to the Governor for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from January 2005 to September 2006. Stephen's education includes a JD from LSU Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a B.A. in History and Economics, both from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Civil Law from Aix-Marseille University.
