Carole Sizemore

Carole Sizemore has a strong background in total rewards and HR operations. Carole most recently worked at Perdue Farms as the Vice President of Total Rewards, HRMS, and Shared Services. Prior to that, they held positions at Chobani, Blue Apron, Everyday Health, Heineken USA, Pfizer, Honeywell, Avery Dennison, and Colgate-Palmolive. Throughout their career, Carole has demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, and executive compensation management.

Carole Sizemore received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in the years 1991 to 1994. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued their studies at Cornell University where they obtained a MILR degree specializing in Human Resources.
