Kyla Dockery

Kyla Dockery, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Kyla most recently worked at Perdue Farms, starting in April 2019 as an HR Complex Manager and later transitioning to the role of Director of Human Resources for the Organic Foods Division. Kyla is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Harvest North and West. Prior to their time at Perdue Farms, Kyla worked as the Human Resource, Payroll, and EH&S Manager at Casco Automotive Group - An Amphenol Company from June 2012 to April 2019. Before that, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Holley Performance Products from November 2007 to June 2012. Kyla's career in HR began in 1996 at Delta Faucet Company, where they held the role of Production Planner, Kronos Manager, and Temporary Coordinator until November 2007.

Kyla Dockery, PHR, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Mid-Continent University in 2007. Kyla obtained their Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute in February 2011. In March 2015, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through SHRM. Additionally, they hold certifications in ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System Internal Auditor and OSHA Standards for General Industry from BSI and Eastern Kentucky University respectively, both obtained in 2015.
